only two tons of laundry to fold and put away and well be ready for d-land! ive scoured our bathroom, cleaned the rest of the upstairs, scrubbed the wood floors, cleaned the rest of the downstairs, cleaned up my craft room, made a mini album for my father in law and am halfway done with another (for someone who shall remain nameless) printed up addressed and mailed shower invites for my cousins fiancee, packed myself and the girls. i really wanted to be able to leave without feeling overwhelmed by coming home to a mess. i HATE that! the girls are eating dinner right now. before they go their plates i told them that they needed to be extra careful when they were eating. oh an cleaned up poop and pee off the floor numerous times. sigh...
it is with great joy that i announce that annie did poop in the potty today. free and clear and on her own. of course it was the little potty so that little bowl is always fun to clean out...
i got my flip video camera all set up and it is so easy to use. i think its going to be great! so happy.
tomorrow i want to find something like this. to take along so that i can journal the highlights of each day, slip it in the jacket and call it good. ill just add some photos once we get home.
i cant even begin to explain how excited i am a) to tell the girls and b) go on this trip together. i told them on sunday that we were taking daddy to the airport wednesday morning for a business trip. they were so stinking excited just about that...imagine how theyll feel when the find out where they are going?!?!?
