So I'm taking a photography class and one of the assignments this week is to shoot a DITL.
I attempted documenting tuesday, but since it's the busiest day of the week I gave up. Not to mention one of the kiddos had a rough evening and I didn't want to document that.
Here's my wednesday...or most of it anyway.
Feed the cat.
Make sure Gracie is awake.
Fix her breakfast.
Have a chat.
Clean up kitchen.
Hugs, kisses and pack up.
Distract her from wanting to watch cartoons.
Get dressed and make bed.
Do random things around the house and lose track of time.
Walk to the bus stop.
Hugs, kisses and wave goodbye.
Go for a run.
Sometimes with my good friend.
Have a good chat.
Shower and make self presentable.
Personal yearbooks in Annie's class.
Check in with PTA yearbook orders.
Volunteer in the library coding books for AR.
Get conned by the librarian into trying to take a picture of the computer lab teacher teaching her class.
Declare that I will NOT get into the middle of their dispute about having her picture taken.
Run to grocery for bacon bits. Disgusting and processed but it's one thing I give on for baked potato night. Annie already can't have butter or sour cream or cheese.
Grab a salad.
Mom calls on the way home. Sad news about a family member.
Watch season premier of Downton Abbey. So behind.
And work on Project Life.
So close to finishing the year.
Gracie arrives home.
Time for homework.
Home work done.
Snuggle on the couch together and watch an episode of Modern Family.
She has a great sense of humor.
We laugh at all the funny parts together.
Annie arrives home.
Order a keg for Sausage Fest this weekend.
Look for coupons on line to buy manly pizzas for sausage fest.
Sign up for credit monitoring. Thanks Target.
Try to find a time to take girls to get interviews for Global Entry. Here's a tip. Do it in the summer or you'll have to take the kids out of school to get to your appointment.
Time to prep dinner.
Baked potatoes since Daddy is having a work dinner.
Daddy believes potatoes are a side. NOT a meal.
We have potatoes whenever he's traveling or not coming home for dinner because we believe potatoes are a meal.
And when I say not coming home for dinner, it should be noted that he is never home for dinner on a week night. He comes home to a cold dinner waiting for him in the microwave.
Annie does home work.
Gracie studies for a math test.
Annie plays at the neighbors.
Finish project life. FINISH!
Play in toy room.
Say a prayer for particular family members.
Download Frozen soundtrack.
Search for lyrics to the cups song, teegan and sara and a frozen song for Annie.
Girls fight about what to play.
Mom has had enough.
Time for bed.
In this case, giggles.
